The annual tour first took place in 2012 to Gullane and has subsequently been to a variety of European locations chosen by the outgoing Captain. These have been to popular golfing destinations such as La Manga, Vilamoura and Le Touquet but also the less obvious including Bruges, Munich and in 2022, Bratislava.
Without exception, all tours have been a resounding success due largely to the hard work of the Captain at the time and Martin Guildford, who organises every aspect of the tour impeccably through his business, Sunstreet Travel.
As well as a great opportunity to get to know fellow members ( whether on the course or afterwards in the bar ! ) there is a healthy measure of competition. Teams of 12 are selected by the Vice-President and outgoing Captain with pairs and singles matches played in a Ryder cup format over 3 keenly contested days.

We raise money for a different charity each year, as chosen by the current captain.

We run 10 – 12 golf events each year and a charity dinner with a special guest speaker each spring.
